A: The requests we are submitting are for services
throughout Middle Tennessee.
Q: How can I apply for services for my
child?
A: You can still download the application from this
site, however we will not be able to fund any applications until funding has been
secured, and depending on the funding source, we may make some changes to the

Q: Who decides which requests are funded?
A: Funding determinations are made by the
community-based All Together Kids review team. The review team reserves the
right to fully fund, partially fund, or decline any request, based on
established priorities and availability of funds.
Q: What if I cannot find a community based
program that will accept my child?
A: If your child is declined by a community based service
or program, please send us the contact name, address, telephone number and
email (if possible) of the program, along with the reason given for denying
your child admittance to the program. We will contact the program on behalf of
your child and ask for reconsideration. A little education about
responsibilities of community organizations goes a long way. We would like to
share information about inclusion with any organization that excludes children
with disabilities. Certain programs are required by law to include all
children. If you believe your child was discriminated against in a community
program or service on the basis of disability, you should contact Tennessee Disability Law and Advocacy Center.
